The Challenge
Nexum3, founded by Jan Yalcinkaya and Travis Andrews - both veterans of Twilio and Salesforce - launched a new programmatic advertising platform targeting the i-Gaming sector. Regulated markets are notoriously difficult to penetrate as a new entrant: compliance requirements, cautious decision-makers, and an established set of incumbent suppliers all create significant barriers.
As a start-up, they needed to generate early commercial traction quickly - without the luxury of an established reputation or a large sales team.
