The Challenge
Landstack is a niche SaaS platform providing unified access to planning applications, land allocations, and availability assessments across the UK - the only place to find all of this data displayed to a consistent standard, regardless of local authority.
Their challenge was straightforward but significant: they had exhausted their existing database of contacts. To fuel growth in 2024, they needed to reach land and property developers at scale - people who had never heard of Landstack and needed to be convinced of its value from a cold start.
Our Approach
We designed a targeted digital outreach campaign built specifically around the needs and language of land and property development stakeholders. The 4-point personalised communication plan was written to speak directly to the pressures and opportunities facing developers - not generic SaaS messaging.
